Educational Background
Educational Background
- I am originally from Long Island, New York and graduated from St. Joeseph's College with a BA in Child Study K-6. I was also a member of the Leaders for Tomorrow Cohort 8 in CMS, where I received a master's degree in Educational Leadership.
Teaching Background
I started my career as a 7th grade teacher in Brooklyn, New York. After two years I was married and decided to move to Charlotte to start a family. I have started at Greenway Park, opened Ballantyne elementary, Elon Park, Windsor Park as an Academic facilitator, and most recently was a teacher at Oakhurst STEAM Academy. I have taught 2nd-5th grades and have an affinity for pushing students beyond what they think they are capable of. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
